Detailed design development stage covers various design options that respond to the surrounding context and meet local authority expectation while meeting the project requirements. Corresponding with various other professionals for the required assessments/ surveys to get approvals from from planning department and discharge of conditions.

Technical Stage include:

Detailed building regulations drawings and building regulations application.
Appointment of various other professionals such as structural engineer, Noise assessment Company, Soil Investigation, MEP Consultants, Drainage Consultants.
Preparation of Tender Documents.
Review of Construction Phase Plans, Waste Management plan, Traffic Management Plan during construction.
Full planning permission and permitted development.
Appointing specialist subcontractor design work.
Coordinate building system information.
Review of project cost and construction phases.
Hand over and submission of installation certificates and documentation to building contorl for completion certificate.
